Dear Momentum Customer,

Please be advised that maintenance will be performed on the Momentum Telecom Network during Tuesday, January 20th, from 11:00 PM until Wednesday, January 21st, at 5:00 AM EST.

Due to the redundant nature of our network no impact to services is expected. However, Call Center and Receptionist users may be be logged out and have to sign back into the the application.

We apologize in advance for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience while we upgrade our network. Should you experience any issues that occur post maintenance window, please contact your Momentum Support Team.

Dear Momentum Customer,

Please be advised that we will be upgrading the firmware of Grandstream devices connected to our network on Tuesday, January 13th, from 11:00 PM until Wednesday, January 14th, at 1:00 AM EST.

No impact to services is expected. However, with all maintenance activities, there is the possibility that there could be impact to services while maintenance is being performed, but none is expected, beyond what was advised in this maintenance notification.

Dear Momentum Customer,

Please be advised that maintenance will be performed on the Momentum Analytics Service on Tuesday, January 13th, from 2:00 AM until Tuesday, January 13th, at 2:30 AM EST.

During this maintenance window there will be a few minutes where the Momentum Analytics Portal is unavailable for running reports and call statistics are not collected. There should be no impact to voice services and/or features during this maintenance. Please note that this maintenance will not affect call reporting for MS Teams.
