Dear Momentum Customer,

Please be advised that maintenance will be performed on Momentum Telecom’s Hosted Netsapiens network on Friday, March 27th, from 3:00 AM until Friday, March 27th, at 9:00 AM EST.

During this maintenance window, we will be performing maintenance on the network that supports our Hosted Netsapiens and SIP Trunking services to enhance reliability, redundancy, and performance. All efforts will be made to avoid interruption to any services during this maintenance. However, due to the scope of work being performed there is the possibility for up to 30 minutes of downtime as work is completed.
