Please be advised that maintenance will be performed on the Momentum Telecom Network on Monday, May 5th, from 12:01 AM until Monday, May 5th, at 5:00 AM EDT.

During this maintenance window, we will be performing maintenance on the network that supports our data services to enhance reliability, redundancy, and performance.  Data customers expected to have their service impacted by this maintenance have been notified by our Data Services Team. No impact to voice to services is expected during this maintenance,

During this maintenance window, we will be performing maintenance on the network that supports your data and voice services to enhance reliability, redundancy, and performance. All efforts will be made to avoid interruption to any services during this maintenance. However, due to the scope of work being performed there is the possibility for up to 2 hours of downtime while updates to our network are completed. Affected customers have been notified via email.

Please be advised that we have confirmed reports of users not receiving their Multi-Factor Authentication codes via SMS when accessing Momentum portals. Our engineers are engaged and actively working to resolve this issue. We understand that this service is important to your business operations and appreciate your patience as this is restored.

To restore user access to Momentum portals, our engineers have temporarily disabled MFA via SMS. If you were using SMS for authentication, you will not be required to use an authentication code when signing in to Momentum portals. This is a temporary work-around as our engineers continue to investigate the cause of this issue and restore MFA via SMS.

Our engineers have restored Multi-Factor Authorization via SMS on Momentum portals. Users that were using SMS for authentication will once again be required to authenticate upon sign-in. If you are still experiencing issues with MFA via SMS, please contact your support team with details.
