Please be advised that maintenance will be performed on the Momentum Telecom Teams Analytics Service on Wednesday, July 9th, from 3:00 AM until Wednesday, July 9th, at 3:30 AM EDT.

During this maintenance window the Momentum Analytics Portal will be unavailable for running reports and call statistics may not be collected. There should be no impact to other voice services and/or features during this maintenance.

Please be advised that maintenance will be performed on the Momentum Telecom Network on Tuesday, July 8th, from 11:00 PM until Wednesday, July 9th, at 3:00 AM EDT.

During these maintenances most users are only expected to experience dropped calls as traffic is transferred to redundant Momentum servers. However, customers not configured for geo-redundancy may temporarily lose service as work is completed.
