Please be advised that maintenance will be performed on the Momentum Telecom Network on Wednesday, April 29th, from 3:01 AM until 4:00 AM EDT.

During this maintenance window, we will be performing maintenance on the network that supports our  data and voice services to enhance reliability, redundancy, and performance.  All efforts will be made to avoid interruption to any services during this maintenance. However, due to the scope of work being performed there is the possibility for 5 minutes of downtime.

Dear Momentum Customer,

Please be advised that maintenance will be performed on the Momentum Analytics Service on Wednesday, April 29th, from 3:00 AM until Wednesday, April 29th, at 4:30 AM EDT.

During this maintenance window there will be a few minutes where the Momentum Analytics Portal is unavailable for running reports and call statistics are not collected. There should be no impact to voice services and/or features during this maintenance. Please note that this maintenance will not affect call reporting for MS Teams.

During this maintenance there is a possibility of extended post dial delay and devices utilizing TCP may lose connection with our network for up to 10 minutes as work is performed.
