Dear Momentum Customer,

Please be advised that maintenance will be performed on the Momentum Analytics Service on Thursday, April 2nd, from 4:00 AM until Thursday, April 2nd, at 4:30 AM EST.

During this maintenance window there will be a few minutes where the Momentum Analytics Portal is unavailable for running reports and call statistics are not collected. There should be no impact to voice services and/or features during this maintenance. Please note that this maintenance will not affect call reporting for MS Teams.
