Dear Momentum Customer,

Please be advised that on July 15th, Momentum Telecom will begin performing automated security updates twice a week to our network to ensure it is secure against the latest threats and vulnerabilities.  These updates will occur every Wednesday and Friday from 4:00AM until 6:00AM ET.

During these maintenances there is a possibility of extended post dial delay, and devices utilizing TCP may momentarily lose connection and reregister. However, with all maintenance activities, there is the possibility that there could be impact to services while maintenance is being performed, but none is expected, beyond what was advised in this maintenance notification.

We apologize in advance for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience while we upgrade our network. Should you experience any issues with your service after the maintenance window is complete, please contact your Momentum Support Team.
