Dear Momentum Customer,
Please be advised that maintenance will be performed on the Momentum Telecom Network on Wednesday, November 19th, from 11:30 PM until Thursday, November 20th, at 2:30 AM EDT.
During this maintenance window, firmware of on-premise devices that support our data and voice services will be updated to keep these devices up to date with industry standard recommendations. All efforts will be made to avoid interruption to any services during this maintenance. However, due to the scope of work being performed there is the possibility of up to 30 minutes of downtime.
