Dear Momentum Customer,

Please be advised that maintenance will be performed on the Momentum Telecom Network on Wednesday, October 1st, from 12:01 AM until Wednesday, October 1st, at 6:00 AM EDT.

This is night 2 of a 3 night series of maintenances. During these maintenances we will be updating the firmware on all Microtik devices connected to our network. Your Microtik devices may be out of service for up to 15 minutes as the update is applied. While we are unable to guarantee which night your devices will be updated, we will be updating devices per location to minimize service impact. This means that once your devices have updated, no further impact will be expected.

We apologize in advance for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience while we upgrade our network. Should you experience any issues that occur post maintenance window, please contact your Momentum Support Team.
