Please be advised that we are currently investigating an issue that is impairing the MSP portal. Our engineers are working to determine the cause and restore service. We will provide updates as more information becomes available and an up-to-date status on this issue can be found on our status pages.

Our engineers have isolated the cause of the MSP Portal impairment to an issue with one of our network vendors. We are in touch with the vendor and they are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We will provide updates as more information becomes available.

Our engineers have made changes to stabilize the MSP Portal and restore the MSP Portal’s functionality. We are still investigating the issue, but customers should now be able to access the MSP and utilize its features. We will provide updates as more information becomes available.

Please be advised that while the Momentum Service Portal platform has remained stable, our engineering team is continuing to watch this platform and if any additional changes are needed they will make those during off business hours. Any changes that are made are not expected to be impacting. If you experience any further service issues please open a ticket with our support team.
